Gardening for Wellness

People create and maintain gardens for different reasons: to grow food, to grow something beautiful, to express themselves. More than this, studies have shown that gardening can have a very positive effect on one’s mental health, and many people feel a spiritual connection to their gardens.
Gardening revives our spirit, fosters balance, celebrates joy, and welcomes overall wellness into our lives. Gardening can be food for the soul: horticultural therapy.
